60 minute fusion of toning exercises and cardio ballet inspired movements.

60 minute fusion of Barre exercises. Working with blocks and bands for a complete toning experience.
BARRE/BALLETONE
60 minutes of stretching, foam rolling, and tennis ball massage to relax and rejuvenate your body.
